C&W Services is hiring a Building Operations Lead for the 2nd shift, focusing on team leadership and comprehensive building maintenance management.

In this essential role, you will supervise an operational team and ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols across various building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Your ability to manage service calls effectively and foster a collaborative work environment will contribute significantly to operational success. You are expected to document all maintenance activity meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of building operators effectively

• Respond to maintenance calls with urgency and expertise

• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems

• Document maintenance and repair activities thoroughly

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience

• Trade qualification in mechanical or building disciplines preferred

• 4th Class Power Engineering Ticket is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet security protocols

• Profound knowledge of building operations and customer relations
