As the Maintenance Technician, reporting directly to the Resort Manager, you will take charge of maintaining buildings, equipment, and landscaping of the property. You will also monitor septic and water system functionality, ensuring health and safety regulations are upheld while communicating effectively with your supervisor. After-hour availability for emergencies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform essential landscaping and grounds maintenance

• Repair community buildings and equipment as required

• Maintain records for septic systems and water supply

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Respond swiftly to resident and manager requests

Requirements:

• Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean record

• Availability for on-call work during emergencies

• Water operator certification beneficial

• Flexibility in shifts, including weekends and nights

• Willing to address after-hour emergencies
