As a General Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance across the hotel's facilities.

You'll work with the maintenance manager to perform a wide range of activities, including minor construction, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Your proactive approach will be essential in maintaining safe and comfortable environments for guests and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report conditions affecting facility operations

• Learn and apply hotel emergency procedures

• Make repairs according to hotel standards

• Complete maintenance reports daily and accurately

• Maintain pool and hot tubs as required

Requirements:

• Prior hands-on maintenance experience in commercial settings

• Proficient use of power tools and hand tools

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Ability to frequently lift 50lbs and work in various settings
