Assistant Resident Manager Team

Realstar is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team. These roles come with the opportunity to live on-site, with a schedule that includes four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts.

• Base compensation is $45,000 per person. This includes an apartment suite (taxable benefit)

• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities)
• Minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting
• Preparing vacant apartment suites for new residents
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
• Assisting with leasing suites
• Responding to on-call requests

• Strong customer service skills
• Previous or similar property management experience (an asset)
• Display a professional/presentable appearance
• Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
