Inventory​/Suite Turnover Worker

Contribute to community housing solutions as an Inventory/Suite Turnover Worker with the John Howard Society in Kelowna. Ensure suite readiness through cleaning, inventory management, and tenant support.

The John Howard Society of Okanagan & Kootenay is seeking a dedicated Inventory/Suite Turnover Worker. This role includes conducting move-out inspections, documenting tenant belongings, and ensuring suites are cleaned and repaired efficiently. You will also assist with annual inspections and perform various janitorial tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct move-out inspections and assess suite conditions

• Manage inventory of tenant belongings and pack items for storage

• Clean and maintain empty suites meeting turnover timelines

• Assist with annual suite inspections and report issues

• Execute assigned janitorial duties including spill clean-up

Requirements:

• High School diploma required

• Basic computer skills and software adaptability

• Strong attention to detail and integrity

• Physical capability to lift up to 30lbs

• Ability to clear a Criminal Record Check
