As a Yard Associate, you will station and retrieve equipment on our property, ensuring a properly maintained fleet. This position involves documenting equipment condition and performing basic inspections. Key Responsibilities:

• Station and retrieve equipment as needed

• Maintain written maintenance schedules for equipment

• Inspect equipment pre- and post-rental for damage

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment

• Assist in minor mechanical repairs when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Familiarity with construction and industrial tools

• Some training in mechanical repair is preferred

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

• Bilingual skills may be required based on location
