PDSCL seeks a Temporary Full-Time Building Maintenance Worker to ensure our properties are well-maintained and safe for employees and individuals we serve. In this hands-on role, you will perform maintenance duties including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. This position necessitates strong organizational skills to oversee preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate contractor work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement preventative maintenance procedures for facilities and equipment

• Conduct repairs including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks

• Monitor contractor work and prepare material cost estimates

• Collect waste and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas

• Keep maintenance records and security incident reports

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education with relevant vocational training

• Two years of recent, related experience

• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification

• Class 5 Driver's License with acceptable record

• Successful Criminal Record Check for vulnerable adults
