This role calls for a skilled Project Manager to oversee complex projects within the British Columbia business unit. You'll build strong client relationships and lead dedicated project teams to achieve innovative solutions. Your experience in municipal infrastructure and institutional environments will be essential in steering projects towards successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout projects
• Lead large capital projects of varying scope and complexity
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients and consultants
• Chair meetings to coordinate and resolve project issues
• Report on project status and deliverables accurately
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering, architecture, or relevant field
• 5 years of Project Management experience, particularly in healthcare
• PMP designation is an asset and supported
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Projects
