Key responsibilities include direct operating oversight of the foundation's social enterprises, governance of the health systems learning and innovation center, and a primary focus on supporting the lead health care partner. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, compassionate, and strategic leader with a proven track record in running complex, multi-entity organizations and building genuine relationships that lead to lasting community impact.
The role requires a leader who is warm, energetic, and highly relational, comfortable working across a wide range of stakeholders, and fully committed to shaping health outcomes. The CEO will be expected to protect and grow the foundation's culture, which is built on respect, engagement, and genuine joy in the work, while championing operational excellence and bringing bold, innovative thinking to the foundation's strategies.
