Lead Winly’s growth engine, product strategy, and operations in-office in Kelowna, BC, owning the P&L, team, and company trajectory.
As Business Leader, you will run Martell Ventures’ AI-powered CRM for teams selling through direct messages. You will guide sales, customer success, and engineering while shaping a focused roadmap. The mandate includes scaling initial traction into an exit-ready asset with strong product performance, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Own Winly’s P&L, forecast, and board-agreed operating plan
- Set go-to-market strategy, funnels, channels, and conversion methods
- Lead sales, customer success, and engineering teams
- Prioritize product roadmap requirements and measurable outcomes
- Track MRR, NRR, CAC, margins, and cohorts
- Scaled sales-led SaaS from millions to $10M+ or exit
- Strong product management and customer insight skills
- Understanding of exit preparation, metrics, and retention
- Experience hiring, coaching, and leading through change
- Player-coach comfortable with customers and demos
