** Exciting Opportunity:
Operator 1 – Cannabis Production
** Join our dynamic production team and play a key role in cannabis processing. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Operator 1 ensures safe, accurate, and efficient execution of labelers and some semi-automated equipment in compliance with cGMP standards. This hands-on role supports daily production activities, equipment operation, and quality control in a fast-paced environment.
** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Reviewing batch records and identifying necessary equipment and raw materials
* Verifying ingredient codes and quantities match batch instructions
* Monitoring production processes and ensuring product quality
* Cleaning and setting up equipment between batches
* Performing sampling for lab analysis and updating logbooks
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Following all SOPs, safety protocols, and cGMP requirements
* Collaborating with the Shift Supervisor to meet real-time production goals
* Supporting general housekeeping and equipment storage activities
* Performing other related duties as assigned
** What We’re Looking For
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
* Mechanically inclined with solid math skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks safely
* Knowledge of cGMP is a strong asset
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Must pass a background check
