As a Sawmill Superintendent with Interfor, you’ll lead the overall operations of a modern sawmill, driving safety, productivity, and team engagement in a dynamic environment. What We OfferInterfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $130,000 – $145,000 (CAD) per year. We’re committed to creating careers where employees can contribute, grow, and thrive. In addition to base pay, you’ll enjoy:

Identify and implement opportunities to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. - Quality:
Oversee all aspects of lumber manufacturing to meet or exceed quality standards. - Accountability:
Manage budgets, performance reviews, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Experience:
5–7 years of progressive supervisory experience in sawmill or manufacturing operations. - Education:
Post-secondary education in a related field preferred (degree or diploma an asset). - Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and foster a positive, collaborative culture. - Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). - Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of sawmill processes, safety, and optimization best practices.
