Role
Summary:
This role is responsible for installing and maintaining company assets in good order to ensure business continuity and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform minor and major repair of production equipment and building as requiredRepair and adjust equipment during operations to maintain line standardsWork as part of a team to repair equipment, such as and not limited to (assembly and disassembly of machinery)Conduct changeovers and setups as required to meet production schedulePreform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as well as troubleshoot issues and suggest continuous improvement ideasExecute duties in a consistent manner with plant safety, sanitation standards and quality assuranceComplete documentation and inspections as requiredWhat You Bring:
Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade CertificationHigh school diplomaValid Red Seal PreferredBottling or plant manufacturing experience and assetWilling and able to work shifts such as days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, weekends and holidaysMotivated to take initiative and the ability to work independently.Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong work ethicBasic computer skills and willingness to learn new computer programsWhat we offer:
