The Inovo Machine Operator is essential for transporting eggs while maintaining strict operational standards. You will set up and operate various machinery and ensure compliance with best practices in sanitation, welfare, and regulatory protocols. Flexibility in hours until tasks are completed is necessary to meet production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport incubator racks to the transfer room
• Operate transfer room machinery effectively
• Load eggs into hatcher machines as per SOPs
• Conduct inspections to remove contaminated eggs
• Ensure proper sanitation of equipment using approved chemicals
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and safe handling
• Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs repetitively
• Ability to adhere to operational protocols
• No formal education required; training provided
• Must be flexible with working hours
