Position: Equipment Operator for Warehousing Roles
Location: Oliver

In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe setup and operation of forklifts and automated machinery, while coordinating with various departments to resolve operational constraints. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality integrity during material handling and participating in inventory counts. Strong communication and decision-making skills are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and automated equipment safely

• Plan daily activities to meet production deadlines

• Coordinate inventory management with RF tracking

• Work alongside production and maintenance teams

• Uphold quality parameters during product handling

Requirements:

• Effective communication and organization skills

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 55 lbs)

• Previous forklift operation experience preferred

• Compliance with health and safety regulations
