As a Welder, you'll be integral in creating reusable designs, applying MIG, FCAW, and TIG processes. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and precision in fabricating custom components from blueprints. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structural welding on heavy gauge steel using various techniques

• Lay out, cut, and fit complex subassemblies

• Complete multi-pass welds ensuring adherence to safety standards

• Inspect and record weld quality adhering to protocols

• Collaborate closely with production teams for project success

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational background

• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy manufacturing

• Preferred experience in Flux or Metal Core welding

• Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills are necessary

• A valid driver’s license is a requirement
