Culmina Family Estate Winery is seeking a Grape Sorter for the upcoming harvest season. This part-time, hands-on role involves working on the sorting line, removing undesirable grapes, and supporting the vineyard and cellar teams. Strong physical work ethic and teamwork spirit are essential to flourish in this environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and remove damaged grapes and debris
• Operate sorting equipment under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of the sorting area
• Collaborate with vineyard and cellar teams
• Uphold quality and safety standards consistently
Requirements:
• No prior experience necessary, just enthusiasm
• Team-oriented and physically fit for lifting
• Reliable and punctual for shifts
• Attention to detail in grape sorting
• Passion for wine and nature is a plus
