Position: ROCKWOOL Production Shift Supervisor Role
Location: Grand Forks

Become a key player with ROCKWOOL as a Shift Supervisor in Grand Forks. Lead teams in a dynamic production environment while ensuring safety and quality in 12-hour shifts.

This supervisory role oversees 12-15 team members on a 3 days on, 3 days off rotation. You will monitor daily KPIs, motivate crews, and ensure strict compliance with safety rules. A background in manufacturing and excellent communication skills will be vital to effectively guide your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily production and coach team performance

• Implement safety and housekeeping routines

• Document incidents and improve processes

• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure efficiency

• Support team development and training initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role

• University or Technical College graduate preferred

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing techniques

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
