Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee a team of 12-15 individuals while enforcing strict safety measures and maintaining operational excellence.

Your role focuses on supervising housekeeping, managing production lines, and coordinating maintenance efforts. You'll also be responsible for emergency response and effective documentation of shift activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold safety and environmental standards

• Manage production schedules and KPI performance

• Coordinate maintenance for operational continuity

• Train and develop team members for improvement

• Record and manage shift reports efficiently

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience required

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and its principles

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products

• Strong communication and team development skills
