Shift Supervisor Needed at ROCKWOOL

Location: Grand Forks

Take on the crucial role of Shift Supervisor at ROCKWOOL in Grand Forks. Manage production teams and uphold safety standards during rotating 12-hour shifts.

In this position, you will oversee daily operations for 12-15 direct reports on a structured 3 days on, 3 days off schedule. Key focus areas include ensuring compliance with health and safety, driving quality standards, and promoting team efficiency. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols

• Support and coordinate daily production schedules

• Manage documentation of operations and corrective measures

• Lead teams during shifts and in emergencies

• Develop team members through training and support

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in production

• Preference for candidates with a degree in Engineering or Management

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Skilled in Microsoft Office products
