Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coach union and non-union maintenance staff

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in a production setting
• Proven track record managing unionized employees
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Hands-on knowledge of safety practices and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
