Join Kinetic Custom Trailers in Penticton, BC as a Production Supervisor. Take command of daily operations, ensuring materials, people, and schedules are cohesively managed.
This leadership role requires an adept problem-solver who can maintain visibility on the production floor. You’ll develop team leads and manage workforce priorities, working closely with engineering and quality teams. Your commitment to safety and continuous improvement will drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production planning and team alignment
• Confirm all resources are ready before production begins
• Analyze labor productivity and identify schedule deviations
• Provide coaching and training for team leads
• Uphold quality and safety standards in all operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, preferably heavy equipment
• Proven experience managing production employees
• Skilled in monitoring productivity and labor efficiency
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Effective communicator with strong ERP knowledge
