As a Winery Process Engineer, you will collaborate on next-generation production facilities. This position is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in process optimization and an enthusiasm for winery design. You’ll tackle complex operational challenges while transforming visionary ideas into practical systems that enhance wine quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize production workflows from grape intake to bottling
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma for process improvements
• Evaluate production bottlenecks and develop solutions
• Support technical and operational enhancements in cellar and harvest execution
• Create production dashboards and KPI reports using analytical tools
Requirements:
• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, or related field
• 3–7+ years in winery or CPG manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of process engineering principles
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI
• Proven success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
