Hands-on production role in a growing, regulated industry. No experience needed, full training, $23.00 pay, and health and dental.
We are looking for motivated, hands-on people to join a growing production team in the cannabis manufacturing space. You do not need a background in the industry or a list of credentials. What you do need is a positive attitude, a careful eye, and a willingness to learn. Everything else, including how to work with cannabis product safely and accurately, is taught on the job.

What You'll Be Doing
- Packaging, weighing, and labeling cannabis product accurately so every unit meets quality standards
- Completing batch records and documentation that keep production organized and traceable
- Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and safe for you and your team
- Supporting your teammates to hit shared production goals each shift
What We're Looking For
- No previous experience or education required
- A quick learner who is eager to be trained on every part of the process
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs throughout your shift
- Detail-oriented, careful, and accurate in your work
- A team player who is happy to pitch in and support others
- At least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada
- Able to pass a background check
- WHMIS training completed prior to start
- Able to work without acrylic nails, rings, or jewelry, with any non-removable piercings taped while on shift
Compensation & Work Model
- Pay rate: $23.00

Available Shifts
- 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Thursday
- 4 AM to 2 AM, Monday to Thursday
- 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday
- 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday
- 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday
