Bulk Packaging Equipment Operator

Operate packaging equipment for bulk gelatin capsules on an overnight shift, applying GMP standards, documentation practices, and quality checks.
Factors Group of Nutritional Companies Inc. manufactures nutritional supplements and health-building products. As a Bulk Packaging Operator, you will package products according to packaging instructions, SOPs, and cGMP requirements. The work requires equipment operation, accurate documentation, and careful inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment safely and efficiently during packaging operations
Follow MMDs, SOPs, and packaging parameters for each order
Inspect gelatin capsules and complete in-process quality checks
Clean, disassemble, and reassemble packaging equipment
Report deviations, quality issues, and process concerns promptly
Requirements:
English communication skills, written and verbal
Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
Ability to learn company-specific software
Packaging equipment operation experience considered an asset
Minimum one year of night shift experience preferred
Bring equipment operation, GMP awareness, and detailed documentation skills to bulk capsule packaging on the overnight shift.
