TAPP Workforce Solutions seeks hands-on Production Labourers for a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment. No previous experience or education is required. You will learn packaging, weighing, labeling, quality practices, batch records, and documentation while supporting shared production goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Package, weigh, and label cannabis products accurately
- Complete batch records and production documentation
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
- Support teammates in achieving production goals
- No previous experience or education required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Detail-oriented, careful, and accurate work style
- At least 19 and legally authorized to work in Canada
