Operate packaging equipment for bulk gelatin capsules on Team 3, using mechanical aptitude, documentation practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Factors Group of Nutritional Companies Inc. manufactures nutritional supplements and health-building products. The Bulk Packaging Operator packages capsules according to instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and GMP requirements. This work supports accurate supplies, packaging components, process parameters, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow Master Manufacturing Documents for each order
- Package product within established control limits
- Inspect gelatin capsules for defects and quality
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble packaging equipment
- Communicate in English, verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Learn company software, including Warehouse Management System
- Packaging equipment operation experience is an asset
- Production and GMP experience are assets
