Factors Group of Nutritional Companies Inc. manufactures nutritional supplements and health-building products. The Bulk Packaging Operator packages capsules according to instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and GMP requirements. This work supports accurate supplies, packaging components, process parameters, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
Follow Master Manufacturing Documents for each order
Package product within established control limits
Inspect gelatin capsules for defects and quality
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble packaging equipment
Requirements:
Communicate in English, verbally and in writing
Demonstrate mathematical and mechanical aptitude
Learn company software, including Warehouse Management System
Packaging equipment operation experience is an asset
Production and GMP experience are assets
Apply equipment operation, mechanical aptitude, and GMP knowledge while packaging bulk gelatin capsules for Factors Group.
