Become a key player at Martell Group as the Shortform Creative Lead, focusing on innovative content strategies for platforms including Tik Tok and Instagram. This is an in-office creative role.
In this position, you will spearhead the short-form content strategy, blending creativity with meticulous execution. Your talents in understanding platform algorithms and engaging storytelling will empower you to create compelling content that drives business results. You'll collaborate closely with the dynamic leadership team and help to elevate our content's reach and effectiveness across emerging social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and implement engaging short-form content strategies
• Stay updated on viral trends and audience insights
• Conceptualize and plan video production from start to finish
• Direct and coach on-camera talent for high-quality videos
• Optimize content based on viewer engagement metrics
Requirements:
• 3+ years in video content development or direction
• Proficiency in Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts
• Strong video editing and storytelling capabilities
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced creative settings
