In this essential position on the Strategic Communications team, you will report to the Senior Communications Manager. You will develop detailed communication plans, deliver engaging materials, and assist in public and media relations to advance the CCS’s advocacy objectives with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop targeted communications plans for advocacy initiatives
• Craft compelling content for a range of platforms
• Advise on strategic communication opportunities
• Facilitate media relations to enhance advocacy presence
• Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive messaging
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma with 3-5 years experience
• Proven expertise in advocacy communications
• Familiarity with government processes and advocacy strategies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual candidates preferred
