Okanagan Valley Brand Manager Position

Location: West Kelowna

Shape the narrative of luxury wines as a Brand Manager at Iconic Wineries in Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. Drive strategic brand marketing and creativity.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the brand strategies of renowned wine estates including Mission Hill Family Estate. With a minimum of five years’ experience in brand management, you will conduct consumer research, oversee execution, and partner with teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Your creative skills will be utilized in crafting engaging narratives that resonate with consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives for branded portfolios

• Refine brand messaging through consumer insights

• Develop creative concepts and brand materials

• Ensure projects align with marketing goals

• Identify opportunities for innovation and market growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in brand management

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

• Formal wine education is advantageous

• Strong creative writing and communication skills

• High energy and initiative with attention to detail
