Community Impact Communications Lead

Location: West Kelowna

Become the voice of change with the Central Okanagan Foundation as their Community Impact Communications Lead. In this full-time role, you'll engage the community and enhance donor relationships through strategic marketing initiatives.

You will report to the Manager of Community Impact & Philanthropy and take on the remarkable challenge of creating a comprehensive communications strategy for the COF. With 4-5 years of relevant experience, your expertise in storytelling and digital marketing will elevate community engagement and philanthropy. This role combines creative strategy with tactical execution to have a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the COF's communications strategy

• Write engaging content for various platforms

• Strengthen the foundation's digital marketing and outreach efforts

• Collaborate with leadership on impactful community initiatives

• Manage and analyze marketing performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or relevant field

• 3-5 years in marketing or communications

• Expertise in graphic design with Adobe tools

• Experience using content management systems

• Proficiency in managing social media and digital campaigns
