As the first dedicated Community Strategist for the Central Okanagan Foundation, you'll craft and lead the communications strategy. With 4-5 years of relevant experience, you’ll develop stories that inspire action and strengthen donor connections. Your work will play a critical role in shaping how the foundation engages with its community and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the annual marketing strategy

• Enhance the COF's brand presence across channels

• Produce inspiring stories for newsletters and media

• Oversee social media and email marketing efforts

• Coordinate public relations and media outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field

• 3-5 years of marketing and communications experience

• Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills

• Experience with CMS and analytics tools

• Ability to balance multiple projects with ease
