Location: West Kelowna
Join Mission Hill Family Estate as a Digital Marketing Manager and play a critical role in enhancing their online presence in West Kelowna, BC. This hands-on position focuses on delivering innovative DTC marketing while fostering brand loyalty and engagement.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, your key responsibility will be to develop comprehensive digital strategies that align with business goals. You will lead marketing initiatives across various platforms, ensuring effective execution and data-driven decisions while collaborating with creative and hospitality teams. Your expertise will help elevate the online representation of Mission Hill’s iconic wineries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute digital strategies for optimal engagement
• Manage and analyse the digital/social marketing budget
• Collaborate to enhance digital content across all winery brands
• Direct contractors to optimize digital marketing efforts
• Monitor website performance aligning with marketing objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• 5-8 years in marketing, minimum 3 years in digital
• Experience in DTC e-commerce and lifecycle marketing
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
Lead the digital marketing vision for Canada’s premier wineries and enhance community connections through effective online strategies.
