TROIKA Marketing Coordinator Position

TROIKA is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dedicated Marketing Team. This role involves the daily execution of marketing initiatives that span our corporate, residential, and commercial projects. You'll assist in content creation and campaigns while ensuring effective coordination with different internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content for social media publications

• Facilitate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns

• Support event logistics and promotional activities

• Update and produce marketing materials and signage

• Organize marketing files and manage departmental administration

Requirements:

• Educational background in Marketing or related field

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate

• Basic design skills using Adobe or Canva preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational acumen

• Effective time management and ability to work independently
