Location: Penticton

In this role at Optima Living, you will play a vital part in coordinating nursing care by reporting to the Director of Care. Responsibilities include assisting with residents' personal care, monitoring their conditions, and ensuring compliance with health policies. Your empathetic approach will significantly enhance residents’ day-to-day experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in personal care service plan development
• Provide direct nursing care and medication management
• Record and monitor health care documentation accurately
• Support residents during move-ins, palliative care, and transitions
• Train and supervise Health Care Aides for quality care
Requirements:
• Active license from the BC College of Nurses
• Experience in a similar care setting advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity
• Flexibility to work nights and various shifts
