This role allows you to collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, individualized care. You’ll be responsible for administering medications, performing assessments, and utilizing electronic documentation systems to maintain accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Registered Nurses for holistic patient care
• Provide assessments and administer prescribed medications
• Support residents’ specific health needs in long-term care
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Document care accurately using electronic platforms
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized nursing school
• Active registration with BCCNM required
• LPN Diploma or RN designation is essential
• Long-term care experience is preferred
• Weekend availability is necessary for this position
