About
The Role
Join our compassionate team of Licensed Practical Nurses at Baptist Housing’s beautiful Kelowna communities. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering person‑centred care, working with a dedicated team to improve the quality of life for our residents. As an LPN, you’ll:
Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and interdisciplinary team members to provide high‑quality, holistic care
Administer medications, perform assessments, and contribute to individualized care planning
Support residents with complex care needs in a long‑term care environment
Promote wellness through programs that enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic systems such as Point Click Care and eMAR
Uphold health and safety standards and infection prevention protocols
Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to Baptist Housing’s values
Shift Details
2 Evening shifts: 14:30 – 22:30
Relief line: may be pre‑booked or assigned day‑of
Must be available to work across different communities as needed

Requirements
Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
Experience in long‑term care or assisted living preferred.
Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.

Compensation & Benefits
Wage range: $32.84 – $41.35 per hour (as per BC Nurses Collective Agreement)
Eligible for casual benefits
Temporary relief line (0.734 FTE)
Qualifying period of three (3) months applies
