Your role will be integral in supporting care staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while model Age Care’s core values. You'll analyze incident reports to maintain high service standards and facilitate performance reviews in collaboration with leadership. Requirements:

Required:
LPN Provincial Certification
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• 5 years or more in a continuing care setting
• Leadership and strong judgment skills
• Experience with Dementia care is essential
