In this role, you will be accountable for a range of nursing responsibilities including assessment, medication administration, and the development of personalized care plans. Collaborating closely with residents and their families, you will ensure that care aligns with both local regulations and Sienna's mission to enhance senior living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customized care in line with provincial RN protocols

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate on care goals

• Educate and mentor nursing staff on best practices

• Actively engage in team discussions for patient welfare

• Facilitate the daily operations of resident care services

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse certification in Ontario or BC

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or recognized equivalent

• Familiarity with geriatric care trends

• Proficient in communication and computer skills

• Must meet all legal employment criteria in Canada
