As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Age Care, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality nursing care. This role requires accurate assessment, care planning, and effective documentation while you work closely with a dedicated team. You will also guide resident transitions and provide direct nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete accurate clinical assessments for residents
• Implement, monitor, and modify care plans as needed
• Administer treatments and medications responsibly
• Take active part in care conferences and scheduling
• Collaborate with the Director of Care on resident moves
Requirements:
• Current Practical Nurse Diploma and registration
• 3+ years in a seniors' health environment
• Current CPR certification and computer skills
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and teamwork skills
• Adhere to Age Care's core values and standards
