Interior Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You will provide nursing care to emergency patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and enhance quality of life for patients and families. Continuous improvement and maintaining clinical competence are key aspects of this role, alongside participating in hospital committees and research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to emergency patients independently and collaboratively
• Consult and collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
• Maintain and advance personal clinical competencies
• Participate in hospital committees and approved research projects
Requirements:
• Current RN registration in British Columbia
• Experience in emergency nursing preferred
• Flexible and reliable with a commitment to patient care
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
