Interior Health invites a reliable and dynamic LPN to work on our Level 6 Medical Floor and contribute to patient care through assessments and medication management. This position supports professional growth with flexible training options and emphasizes work-life balance. Experience in acute care is encouraged but not mandatory as training in Peritoneal Dialysis will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement nursing care plans for patients
• Administer medications following established guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
• Follow BCCNM standards and organizational protocols
• Access training and education for career advancement
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Practical Nurse program
• Valid licensure with BCCNM required
• Current CPR certification is essential
• Previous experience in acute care is a plus
• Rotating shift availability from days to nights
