Interior Health is looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to be part of the Long-term Care team at Hardy View Lodge in Grand Forks, BC. Bring your nursing passion and commitment to provide effective personal care.
This part-time position (0.69 FTE) requires a motivated and reliable individual who can assess, plan, and provide nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. In addition to administering medications, the role will also involve operating within BCCNM standards and organizational protocols while ensuring patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and implement care plans
• Administer medications as per organizational policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
• Follow BCCNM competency guidelines in daily functions
• Assist in monitoring patients' well-being and progress
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Full practicing licensure with BCCNM
• Current CPR certification
