In this Band 5 nursing role, you will assess and implement care plans for patients, ensuring their needs are effectively met. Demonstrating high standards of nursing care, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and engage with patients and their families to promote recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and adhere to safety standards
• Monitor patient vital signs and record data accurately
• Provide education and emotional support to families
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams for optimal patient care
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid NMC registration as RGN
• Experience in general nursing within a clinical setting
• Strong clinical acumen and best practices knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records systems
