Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resident care and services efficiently
• Conduct daily shift reports for healthcare team updates
• Maintain accurate records of residents’ health
• Process and implement physician orders promptly
• Direct activities of Registered Practical Nurses and Support Workers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential
• Active membership with provincial nursing registry
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
• Knowledge of nursing regulatory standards
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
