Part-Time Registered Nurse

Contribute to nursing education as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Regional Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing program at Stenberg College in Kelowna, BC. Engage with learners and facilitate simulation-based labs every week.
Stenberg College is seeking an experienced RN to support simulation lab learning activities for its RDPN program. This part-time, short-term contract role requires a clinically strong nurse passionate about education. You will guide students through realistic clinical scenarios while enhancing their nursing skills within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate simulation lab activities

• Guide students in clinical scenarios safely

• Provide real-time feedback to enhance skills

• Assist in setting up simulation materials

• Evaluate student performance based on competencies
Requirements:

• Active RN registration with BCCNM

• BSN required, Master’s preferred

• Minimum of five years nursing experience

• Simulation lab experience an asset

• Collaborative approach within educational settings
