Overview
Join Interior Health as a full time Registered Nurse at Penticton Regional Hospital. This role focuses on patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration within a busy surgical unit. Responsibilities- Assess and implement individualized client care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care as needed
- Provide pre and post-surgical nursing support
- Facilitate communication between clients and healthcare providers
- Current RN registration with the provincial regulatory body
- Experience in surgical nursing preferred
- Familiarity with nursing science and related disciplines
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a busy workplace
