Position: RN for Psychiatric Nursing Education
Elevate the training experience of nursing students as a Registered Nurse (RN) for Stenberg College’s Psychiatric Nursing program in Kelowna, BC. Support hands-on simulation-based learning.

Stenberg College is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to assist in the RDPN program's simulation labs. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring learners and contributing to their skill development in a realistic setting. Engage with students and facilitate their understanding of clinical practices effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support simulation labs for effective learning

• Guide students through important clinical scenarios

• Provide timely feedback to improve skills

• Prepare simulation labs and materials as needed

• Document performance based on educational outcomes

Requirements:

• Active RN license with BCCNM

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing necessary

• Minimum five years nursing post-BSN

• Background in simulation an asset

• Ability to work collaboratively in a nursing education setting
