Neonatal Nurse Positions

As a Registered Nurse in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure client-centered care and support families as their health care needs evolve. The role involves a typical schedule of 12-hour shifts, including days and nights with rotating days off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan client care in the NICU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Implement and evaluate patient care practices
• Support families during health transitions
• Ensure delivery of client-centered care
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current BCCNM registration as a practicing nurse
• Advanced preparation in a Neonatal specialty
• NRP completed within 2 years
• CPR completed within 3 years
